Recruitment

Throughout phase one of Theta’s recruitment, plan to meet Theta’s representatives at least twice and for one of those to be a meet-up. Meet-ups are one-on-one or small group connections where a more in-depth conversation about joining Theta can take place. In phase two, all interested potential members are expected to attend Theta’s sisterhood event, and, if invited, preference. If you have a conflict with any dates or times, connect with one of Theta’s representatives in person or email michigantheta@gmail.com.

Meet-ups are one-on-one or small group connections where a more in-depth conversation about joining Theta can take place. Meet-ups are an excellent opportunity to learn more about Theta and ask any lingering questions. Additionally, this is a chance to help Thetas recruitment team get to know you better!

A Year in the Life of Theta

This round will give you the opportunity to learn about what the first year as a charter member would be like in Theta! There will be details about sisterhood, philanthropy events, getting involved in leadership, and more. Time slots are available for 6:00, 6:45, and 7:30 p.m. for this event.

During this invite-only event, you will get the chance to meet current Theta collegians and connect with Theta on a deeper level. Invitations will be sent via email or text starting on Monday, Feb. 9.

Bid Day!

Bids will be distributed via email the morning of Bid Day.

On bid day, come in a casual, comfortable outfit that makes you feel your best. Theta's representatives will provide new members with a shirt to wear at the event. Get ready for the BEST DAY EVER!
